This privacy policy applies to the Jump & Dash app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Dagermavid (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application collects no personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. The Application does not access your contacts, photos, location, or any other personal data.

The only data stored locally on your device is your game score and settings. This data never leaves your device.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

The Application uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob, as a third party, may collect and process data including:

• Device advertising ID (for serving relevant ads)
• Device type and operating system version
• General location (non-precise, for geo-targeted ads)
• Usage data (app interactions, session duration)

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all data collection by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.

Children

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at afoningerman@gmail.com so that necessary actions can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding your information. However, since the Application does not collect any personal information, there is no risk of your data being accessed by unauthorized individuals.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
